Working with Fluent
- You'll be invited to share your leadership, organisational and/or partnership needs
- A series of modules or one off programme will be designed to meet your needs
- We can also co-design the programmes with your team to ensure ownership
- The resources will then be created
- Fluent will facilitate a programme using creative, engaging and impactful methods
- If you're new to Fluent you'll only pay the full fee if you're happy with what's delivered
- We always operate with openness, transparency and integrity.

Rebecca Phillips, Director of Fluent has been helping leaders, organisations and partnerships develop and collaborate for over 15 years. 

Rebecca is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD) and a Certified Biomimicry Practitioner (CBP) to support organisations to sustainably deliver with on-going and complex change. Rebecca trained with Dr. Brené Brown in Texas, USA to become a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (CDTLF), an empirically based courage-building programme to develop resilient leaders. Rebecca also travelled to the USA to develop her applied systems thinking skills with programmes led by Peter Senge.  Rebecca extended her systems thinking work into her coaching – training with the Society of Organisational Learning in Coaching and Systems thinking.

Rebecca has gained extensive experience having worked worked as a consultant with over 50 value-based organisations to support  their strategic operations, transformation and development.  She has also been a former CEO and Executive Director of a national NGO driving through operations and transformation programmes.

Rebecca applies her creativity,  empathy and insight to practically support organisations to improve their impact.

Claire Janisch

Founder, BiomimicrySA, South Africa.

Claire sadly died in February 2022.  She was  an amazing and inspiring mentor and teacher of biomimicry.  She helped me learn more about the strategies, processes and functions found in nature that can practically improve how an organisation works together on the inside and outside.  

Claire shared her passion all over the world as a keynote speaker, futurist, regenerative design & innovation consultant.   She inspired  the design of new products, processes & systems through her translation of nature’s innovation and sustainability principles. 

With Claire’s guidance I have been able to qualify as a Certified Biomimicry Practitioner and develop the theory and processes behind my programmes.  

Claire was and is a true inspiration!

Jenny Davies

Jenny has vast experience working in international companies and has generously shared her wisdom to ensure Fluent’s programmes address current issues that staff and leaders are facing.  The speed and complexity of the changes have taken their toll on staff with crazy workloads, challenging behaviours and an increase in health and wellbeing issues.

Jenny has been at the forefront of trouble shooting the fall out when staff, leaders and systems do not work effectively together.  

With Jenny’s guidance Fluent’s programmes have been created to support organisations as whole systems – connecting diverse people, teams and partners to collaborate around shared values and goals.

Samia Robbins

Samia has been encouraging me in my pursuit to align the ambitions of an organisation to operate sustainably both externally and internally.  To not just focus on its use of  of energy and materials, but also on the way staff and leaders operate together and to build more resilience.  

Samia is making a great difference as she drives forward large complex projects with partners across Europe in the innovative field of renewable and sustainable energy.  

She has been sharing her positive energy and operational insights to ensure that my programmes are rooted in reality and will help leaders and organisations in any sector develop and collaborate more effectively.
